Healthy Lifetsyle for middle-aged Girls, AGAIN.

A seven-hour night sleep ( for me to get 8 hours is not possible, I wake up rested when I sleep 7 hours).



Eating raw vegetables and fruit as much as possible: salads, smoothies while avoiding fattening and sugary foods.


Loving the person you are, loving the job you do, loving the people who are around you. Smiling when it is sunny or when it is pouring cats and dogs.


Keeping things simple and paying attention to the small things. 



Hitting the gym at least twice a week and walking for an hour everyday. Using public transport means some walking, climbing up and down stairs and no traffic problems: congestion, pot of patience spent in rush hour, delays, stress.



Having an hour or half an hour for myself everyday, for relaxing, meditation, for being one with myself: a body, mind and soul perfect union.
