Magic Make UP

When you are in your forties most of the tricks you used to have about your make up when you were younger don´t work any more. You have to adapt to your new situation and skin condition. I am trying to teach myself new tricks, I mean trying to learn them. Can an old dog learn new tricks? I hope so.

Tonight I am having a dinner with my in-laws in a awesome reataurant.Vey happy to dine out and meeting some of them who live far away. Facing my style problems: I am taller and bigger in size (XXL a plus size) than all the women in my family except one, so I will dress something nice but in neutral colour and I am going to try the non make-up make up. The following video is great because it explains and shows how to do it. Crossing my fingers I will have a go. The good thing is I usually make up better for evening events, something related to the warm lighting in my bathroom, I believe.

Cuantas veces dudas después de maquillarte para el día te parece que te has pasado con el colorete. Si observas un poco imágnes en las revistas ,ves que los rostros maquillados tienen volúmenes pero el color de las mejillas es tenue apenas una insinuación de color. En el siguiente video nos explican cómo hacerlo.

Hoy he dado un precioso paseo por el Retiro. Sol, calor, gente caminando...huele a primavera camino del verano. Con este calor apetece abrir el ropero y ponerse ropa más fresca y de colores más vibrantes, mas alegres. Lo mismo pasa con el maquillaje. Unos labios rosa y un colorete a juego para mejorar nuestro look.
