Cooking heathly and diet food to stay well

Will it be possible to change our ways?

No red meats?
Grilling instead of frying?
Organic and fresh  instead of pre-cooked and frozen food?


No sugar, no salt, ho caffeine, no fat/greasy/oily, no sauces?
Not ready-made, fast food, junky food?

No sweets, no chocolate, no industrial cakes but homemade cakes?
